Venice Dive Center strives to be a place for divers, snorkelers, and people who enjoy the ocean to share their interests. Our staff enjoys hearing stories of your finds and what you're seeking. We work to provide the great service and customer care that the Nokomis and Venice area has grown accustomed to for the past 23 years. We are a full service retail scuba shop, offering products, contracted training classes, air and nitrox fills as well as dive charters.
Contracted Diving Courses
Open Water $500 per person, includes book kit
Open Water Diver (OWD) is an entry-level full diver certification for scuba diving.
Duration: 5 sessions with 2 check dives
Level: Basic
Advanced Scuba Diver $400 per person + Book Kit + dives
Advanced Scuba Diver is for certified divers who desire additional training.
Duration: 6 Dives + 1 Classroom
Level: Advanced
Advanced Rescue Diver Course $400 per person + book kit
Your Advanced Scuba Rescue Diver Training moves you on your pathway to becoming a NAUI Leader.
DFA Pro Class Required
Duration: 1 pool + 1 open water + eLearn
Level: Advanced
Open Water Private $749 per person, includes book kit.

Open Water Diver (OWD) is an entry-level full diver certification for scuba diving. E-learning is available.

Enriched Air Nitrox Diver $208 per person + book kit
Want to extend your bottom time, lessen your surface interval, and maximize every dive? Become an Enriched Air Nitrox diver!
Duration: 2 Hours
Level: Basic
DFA Pro $250 per person + book kit
NAUI/DAN Diving First Aid for Professional Divers (DFA Pro) course is designed for commercial, professional, aquarium and scientific divers, providing first-aid knowledge and skills specific to these work environments. It also provides rescue management skills for dive masters and dive instructors.
